The name Curcio is first mentioned in a slab dated 1585, which can still be seen as a part of the public washing fountain of the town. The first church was built in 1842 and dedicated to Holy Guardian Angels; a new church was built in 1946-1957.

Curcio é uma frazione da comune de Colico, Região da Lombardia, norte da Itália. O nome Cúrcio é mencionada pela primeira vez em uma laje datada de 1585, o que ainda pode ser visto como uma parte da fonte do lavadouro público da cidade. A primeira igreja foi construída em 1842 e dedicada ao santo Anjo da Guarda, uma nova igreja foi construída em 1946-1957.
